By creating an order, you accept these terms. Check the exchange details before sending funds.
1. Using the service
PATHOS is available to users from all countries and imposes no age restrictions. You can start an exchange without registering; accounts are optional. Use funds that belong to you. Fraud, misappropriation of funds and interference with the service are prohibited.
2. Rates and payment
For floating rates, the final amount is determined after the required network confirmations. Fixed rates apply when the order amount and payment deadline are met; significant market changes may require agreement on a new rate or a refund. The service fee is included in the calculation; network fees and applicable refund deductions are charged separately.
3. Sending funds correctly
Send the specified amount in one transfer, on the selected network, to the current order address, with the correct memo/tag where required. Do not reuse the address. Late, duplicate or incorrect transfers require manual handling; recovery is not always possible.
4. Privacy
PATHOS does not conduct KYC or AML checks. We do not request passports, selfies, identity verification or source-of-funds documents. Technical support only needs information about your order and transfer; its processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Refunds
Completed exchanges are irreversible. If an exchange is not completed, contact support with the order number and TXID. Refunds are arranged after matching the transfer details, less applicable fees, to the original address or the refund address specified in the order. Timing depends on the issue, network conditions and the feasibility of recovering the transfer.
6. Risks and requests
Network delays, price changes and technical failures may affect an exchange. You are responsible for the details you enter and your tax obligations. Service liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law; mandatory user rights remain unaffected. The current version is published here and applies to new orders.
